Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy.
Vision
The Zonta Club of Parker County is dedicated to carrying out the Mission of Zonta International in our community. We raise funds for local and international service and advocacy projects and get involved with local organizations by doing hands-on service work.
Monthly Meetings
Meetings are usually held the first Wednesday of the month beginning at 11:30 and ending by 1 p.m. The location is the Alkek Fine Arts Center on the Campus of Weatherford College. Please click the box below if you would like to attend the next meeting as a guest.

Organization
Local clubs are grouped into Areas, and Areas are grouped into Districts. Zonta Club of Parker County is part of Area 1, which includes 10 clubs in the Metroplex and the surrounding geographic area from Oklahoma City on the North, Mineral Wells on the West, Granbury on the South and Longview on the East. The Areas located in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mexico are grouped into District 10. There are a total of 26 Clubs in District 10. Area and District Boards support and assist the local clubs.
Zonta International is made up of all the Districts worldwide. International projects are carried out using service funds raised by the local clubs, who then donate a portion to Zonta International. Zonta International partners with the United Nations on many international service projects.

Amy Mercer, Gloria Munro, and Lisa Humphreys enjoy Freedom House's Garden Safari, a major fund-raiser for the shelter for abused women and children. ZCPC sponsors this event every year.
